Shipping
We ship from Auckland, New Zealand. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Tracking information for your shipment will be emailed to you once your order has been posted.
Our current processing time is up to 2 weeks for handmade items, and 1-5 days for other items. Any orders that contain handmade items will ship as a single package when all items are ready. If you require any products urgently please email help@takeover.co.nz before you place your order.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost/stolen packages.

Returns
We want you to fall in love with your Takeover purchase! If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to exchange your item(s) for something else on our website! You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
If the item you have received is faulty, you may be eligible for your choice of refund, exchange, or store credit.
Please email help@takeover.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order to check if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
The following items are not eligible for return/refunds:
Worn, washed or altered items
Custom items
Items that were bought from our festival or market stalls.
Items with small imperfections such as missing sequins or creases.
Items that vary slightly in pattern or colour from the advertised pictures. (A lot of our items are handmade so we cannot guarantee that the item you receive will be exactly identical to the photos on our website!)
