Where is Takeover located?

Takeover is a small business located in Auckland, New Zealand.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5NZD New Zealand wide and $25NZD Australia wide. Please see our Shipping Information page for more details.

When will I receive my order?

Our current processing time is 2 weeks for handmade items, and 1-5 days for other items. Items may ship as a single package. If you require any products urgently please email help@takeover.co.nz before you place your order.

Tracking information for your shipment will be emailed to you once your order has been posted.

Can I change or cancel an order I have just placed?

Email help@takeover.co.nz right away after placing your order and we may be able to update it for you! If your order has already been processed we unfortunately cannot change or cancel it.

What do I do if something is wrong with my order or I want to return?

How do I wash my Takeover items?

We recommend cold hand washing and air drying ONLY. Some of our pieces are fragile.

What size should I order?

Why is my size not available?

We are a small business and are just starting out with a few sizes. But don’t worry, we will definitely be adding more sizes soon! In the meantime, feel free to email us if you would like to order something in a different size. We are more than happy to help if we can.

Can you make custom items?

If you have a dream garment in the back of your mind that you’re dying to bring to life, let us know! Email customs@takeover.co.nz with your ideas. We are also happy to make changes to our existing designs to suit you (for example: making our tops or skirts longer/shorter or making a new style in one of the fabrics we already offer).

Please note: We may not be able to create all of your ideas but we will certainly try our best. Custom orders or tailoring requests may have additional charges.
